Before meeting the BCI team, we made our own drawer stops, from machine hose that we had to manufacture, before assembling it all with bolts. This solution was expensive and time consuming on important resources in our filing cabinet manufacturing process. BCI offered us a turnkey solution, with a stop, in which the bolt is cured during moulding. So we can deliver the finished part directly to the assembly station thus saving valuable time. The performance of the finished part was also improved by 30%.
BCI guided us in developing the solution, and we received prototype parts in the week following our first meeting. With this service, BCI will be our supplier for all our future projects including rubber, silicone or polyurethane.
